I hope all you moms out there had a great Mother’s Day! Our weekend was pretty laid back, but very nice.
1 | Proud Moments – Carter’s class hosted a Mother’s Day Reader’s Theater to show off their reading skills. Carter was part of a group that read The Gingerbread Man. He was the Gingerbread Man and he read his part with such personality. I would expect nothing else from this kid of ours! The kids were all so proud.
Outside the classroom they had hearts that the kids had designed to say why they love their moms. So sweet! Carter’s reading skills are much more advanced than his drawing skills.
